Acala (ACA) token unlocks

A cliff unlock is a block of tokens that becomes transferable on one day, usually from the team's, investors' or a treasury's vesting plan. It adds supply that can reach the market; whether it is sold depends on who receives it. Tokens going to the team, insiders and investors are the likeliest to be sold; ecosystem, staking and community allocations often stay put.
